My favorite RSS reader/aggregator is Reeder. The developer promises a life for the Google Reader-backed app in all three forms (iPhone/iPad/Mac) even after GReader is killed on July 1.
The iPad and Mac editions are free until the new versions 2.0 of each are released. The iPhone app is still $2.99.
